Glen Miller, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Miller has over 35 years experience in the solid waste collection, transportation and disposal business, as a founder, principal and senior executive. Mr. Miller grew Super Kwik, Inc., a family waste management business from a three truck operation in 1973 to the region’s largest privately owned waste company. In 1996, the company merged with Eastern Environmental. Mr. Miller remained with Eastern as an Executive Vice President through 1999, when the company was sold to Waste Management, Inc. During that period, Mr. Miller was responsible for all of Eastern Environmental’s extensive operations in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has been involved in successfully completing over 100 acquisitions. Mr. Miller founded Choice Environmental Services in 2004 and served as its CEO and Chairman of the Board through March 2011. In March 2011, Mr. Miller completed a merger with Swisher Hygiene, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company. Mr. Miller is currently the CEO of Choice Environmental Services, Inc.

Jim Sage, Executive Vice President
Mr. Sage serves as Executive Vice President of Operations, where he is responsible for all day to day operational functions of the company. Mr. Sage has over 25 years experience in the solid waste industry, most recently as managing member of Sterling Waste Services, which was acquired by Choice Environmental Services in 2008. Previously, he has served as District Manager for WSI, General Manager for Allied Waste Services and District Vice President for BFI. These positions were throughout Florida and included management of transfer stations, a regional landfill, hauling companies and Material Recycle Facilities.

Neal Rodrigue, Executive Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions
Mr. Rodrigue has over 15 years experience in the solid waste collections, transportation, and disposal business as a senior executive and operating manager. In 1997 Mr. Rodrigue was Vice President of operations and responsible for the due diligence and integration of over 80 acquisitions (including 12 acquisitions in the State of Florida) at Eastern Environmental Services, Inc. Revenue at Eastern grew from approximately $7.5 million to over 480 million before it was sold to Waste Management. He was controller and area manager with two of the largest solid waste management companies in the country. He was controller and area manager with USA Waste Services, Inc., and district controller with Browning Ferris Industries, Inc. Mr. Rodrigue is a CPA.

Grant J. Smith, General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Smith is an attorney and currently serves as the Company’s General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Smith has been a practicing attorney in Florida since 1992 and has a vast array of legal and business experience. Mr. Smith worked for 9 years at the beginning of his career in the counsel’s office for Alamo Rent-a-Car. While there, Mr. Smith concentrated in the area of state and federal governmental affairs, state and federal regulatory matters, the bid and negotiation of airport concession agreements, and risk management. Following a three year entrepreneurial endeavor in the hospitality industry, Mr. Smith joined a multi-state biotechnology company eventually rising to become its Director of Corporate Operations and Administration, responsible for Information Technology, Human Resources, Facilities, and Risk Management. In 2005 Mr. Smith re-entered the private practice of law, where he began representing Choice on a variety of matters, eventually joining the Company full time in his current position.

Robert Oulahan, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Oulahan has over 17 years experience working with or directly in the solid waste industry. From 1997 through 2001 Mr. Oulahan was the Director of Taxation and Acquisitions for Eastern Environmental Services. He helped structure and plan a multitude of strategic acquisitions as the company grew from $7.5 million to over $480 million in revenue. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Oulahan serviced a diverse group of industries, including the solid waste industry, as a Certified Public Accountant for the international accounting firms Ernst and Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. More recently Mr. Oulahan was a Partner for the regional accounting firm Kreischer Miller. He has acted as the trusted advisor, strategist and CPA for Choice Environmental since their incorporation in 2004; guiding them through several acquisitions and strong internal growth.

Tony Ciofalo, Vice President, Business Development
Mr.Ciofalo has served the waste industry for over thirty years. In his recent capacity as the Senior Business Development Manager for Clean Energy Fuels (T.Boone Pickens, founder) he played a strategic role in Natural Gas becoming a major waste industry transportation fuel. Previously he served as a Vice President and corporate officer of Allied Waste Industries. As a member of Allied’s original senior management Mr. Ciofalo participated in Allied’s growth from $35 million in 1991 to over $2 billion through 1998; and was instrumental in over 120 acquisitions, and several key landfill development projects. He also oversaw the company’s federal and state legislative and regulatory programs. Prior to Allied, Mr.Ciofalo was co-owner/President/COO of Solid Waste Services, a Midwestern waste company. He also served in management capacities with Mack Trucks, White Motor Corp. (now Volvo Trucks), and Autocar. Throughout his career, Mr. Ciofalo has played a strong role in developing the industry’s trade association; he served as both chairman of the Environmental Industries Association (EIA) Board of Trustees and as chairman of the National Solid Wastes Management Association (NSWMA); until joining Choice, he served on the Board of Governors of the Waste Equipment & Technologies Association (WASTEC). In 2001 & 2002 Ciofalo served with the American Red Cross in New York City providing support to those impacted by the 9-11 terrorist attack. In 2010 Tony Ciofalo was inducted into the prestigious Environmental Industries Association (EIA) Hall of Fame.

Garth Fowles, Vice President Florida Operations
Mr. Fowles has approximately 30 years of management and operational experience in the waste industry. Most recently, Mr. Fowles was a district manager for Waste Services, Inc. Prior to Waste Services, Inc., Mr. Fowles was the Vice President of Operations for Waste Management Inc.’s Canada Division, where he oversaw Waste Management’s Canadian operations. Mr. Fowles has extensive domestic and international experience in acquisitions, waste operations, recycling centers, hauling and transfer operations, as well as landfills. Mr. Fowles has also worked for Canadian Waste Services, Inc., Browning Ferris Industries, Inc. and Laidlaw Waste Systems, Inc.

Ray Peraino, Marketing & Purchasing
Mr. Peraino has over 30 years of high-level business experience, which includes twenty years in the environmental and waste services industries. Mr. Peraino has held senior executive positions at large public companies such as: Mace Security International, Inc. and Eastern Environmental Services, Inc. (Eastern was a large environmental and waste services company which was sold to Waste Management, Inc. in 1998). While at Eastern, Mr. Peraino was a key member of a management team that successfully completed 60 acquisitions in fewer than three years (Eastern increased sales from $7.5 million to approximately $480 million). He also has been an owner and operator of several start up and established companies. At Choice Environmental, Mr. Peraino oversees certain development and construction projects, develops new marketing programs and searches for new business opportunities.
